At present, NOVESTA is the largest Czech and European manufacturer of rubber footwear. The company's product range includes special rubber shoes in all size groups for children, women and men. NOVESTA's management places the greatest emphasis primarily on high quality, modern design and freedom from environmental impacts of its products. NOVESTA's range of rubber footwear, as classified according to its use, includes common outdoor shoes, boots known as Wellingtons and special men's sports footwear comprising hunting, horse riding, yachting, and fisherman’s boots as well as various types of  work footwear such as medical (surgical) overshoes, miner's boots with steel  toe caps in the boot tip and steel insoles, special purpose footwear made  of compound blends, with warm linings, electrician's boots protecting  the wearer from electrical current. Of importance is also the range  of special military boots intended as outfit for NATO army,  etc.. NOVESTA, s.r.o. exports approximately 80 percent of its production to foreign markets, for instance to TRETORN in Germany and Sweden, NOKIA in Finland, ROMIKA in Germany and AIGLE in  France.
