About shoeinfonet

ShoeInfoNet is created in 1995 by Roger Maes as delegate for FEBIC, ( Belgian Footwear Manufacturers Association ), in the meetings of the C.E.C. ( Confederation of European Shoe Manufacturers Associations ). It was too early for the European Associations to participate in the project because no one had an Email address on that moment. I decide to do it for myself and registered the domain name ShoeInfoNet.com. The "one-page" HTML site, with the addresses of the European Associations, was the start of the project. Since then millions of leather- and footwear people are using ShoeInfoNet as their principal resource. Almost all the data in ShoeInfoNet is published on request of the visitors. For the 20th anniversary (2015) I decide to release a new up-to-date DRUPAL site. You can see the result here. Feel free to send me your comments using the Contact form !
